George Coulson

George joined Newcore in April 2025. He is responsible for the sourcing and underwriting of investment opportunities, whilst leading on specific portfolio management assignments.

George previously worked for Avison Young where he was a Director within the healthcare team. Between 2017 and 2023, George worked for Assura PLC predominately as an Investment Manager, focusing on expanding their portfolio and strategic disposals.

George is a qualified MRICS who graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a Masters Degree in Real Estate Management in 2012.
