Anne Copeland

Anne joined Newcore in August 2024 as Head of Institutional Capital and sits on the Investment Committee. Her predominant focus is delivering new funds for Newcore with a strong alignment to impact across social infrastructure with investment grade tenant counterparties across essential services including residential, education, and health. She is an industry veteran in being one of the first to set-up and manage social infrastructure real estate funds for institutional investors over the last twenty-five years having started her career with Schroders in 1995.

She holds a post graduate non-executive diploma from the Financial Times and has a BSc first-class honour degree in Land Management from Reading University. Anne is an MRICS and is within the FCA’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime. She is a Non-Executive Director with Look Ahead, a charity regulated by both the Regulator of Social Housing and the Care Quality Commission.
