A portfolio comprising 19 Childcare and Pre-school settings located across Greater London. The properties are let on long-term leases to tenants including Bright Horizons, Fennies, Monkey Puzzle and N Family Club.

The Strategy has repositioned vacant buildings for long-term social infrastructure uses and has delivered over 1,400 new childcare places to areas of Greater London with an identified need.
