A former fuel depot and business park that has been repositioned for elderly care and retirement living uses.

In 2021, part of the site was sold with benefit of planning consent for a 63-bed care home.

The remainder of the site is currently being promoted for 39 retirement living apartments.

The land contamination remediation strategy will be completed by the end of 2022.
