7-acre Life Science campus comprising 70,000 sq ft of existing purpose-built lab space R&D cluster located at Imperial College London's Silwood Park research campus.

Current tenants include Imperial College London, The Steel Construction Institute and Frog Bikes.

In 2022, planning consent was received for a ‘Golden Triangle’ Life Science Campus scheme with 105,000 sq ft mixed between new build and comprehensively re-positioned and re-engineered accommodation. The scheme will build on Silwood’s 75-year legacy as a world-leading hub for ecological & evolutionary research.

The consented Sheppard Robson-designed scheme has a GDV of circa £100m. The scheme includes CAT 2 wet lab space, write up / office space and a pavilion café. Six of the existing buildings will be modified and upgraded preserving their embodied carbon. The design of the scheme is focused on creating a high-quality working environment and landscaped campus to attract staff and provide market-leading ESG performance.
