The consented Sheppard Robson-designed scheme has a GDV of circa £100m. The scheme includes CAT 2 wet lab space, write up / office space and a pavilion café. Six of the existing buildings will be modified and upgraded preserving their embodied carbon. The design of the scheme is focused on creating a high-quality working environment and landscaped campus to attract staff and provide market-leading ESG performance.
