Newcore wins ‘ESG investor of the year’ at the 2024 Property Week ESG EDGE Awards

Highlighting the company’s commitment to sustainability and ethical practices, which are core to its operations. Additionally, Newcore was recognised for its innovative approach in repurposing disused and inefficient assets into services that benefit society. This strategy not only revitalises underutilised spaces but also addresses pressing societal needs, positioning Newcore as a leader in both business and social impact.
