Our approach

Newcore’s investment strategy is to purchase and manage well-located assets with strong underlying fundamentals. Our funds invest in social infrastructure real estate (or assets that can be converted into these sectors) in the UK.

Our two principles are: to acquire and refurbish vacant or under-utilised buildings; and to buy land or vacant assets which we can take through planning for future social infrastructure use.

It is through this approach that Newcore aims to create an asymmetric return profile, which is evidenced through its track record.
