Yarnton is a 12-acre Home and Garden Centre. It is strategically located within an identified growth corridor to North Oxford, close to University of Oxford’s Begbroke Science Park.

Existing buildings provide 80,000 sq ft of covered space.

In 2021, the site was released from the Green Belt and allocated for mixed-use development within the Cherwell Local Plan Partial Review.
